Nice facilities, excellent hybrid model, nice people you will meet and know briefly before they leave.

Cons

Management in contact centre is a major issue No progression in the centre unless you’re one of the chosen ones Cliquey and enitely based on who you know and whose team your in The whole centre is basically run by old QSuper staffers and there isn’t much of the old sunsuper world left now High staff turnover seem to be the norm now Culture much talked about but rarely evident in practice
