Deeply toxic work environment - Marketing Automation Specialist AustralianSuper Employee Review

My time at AustralianSuper was extremely stressful and damaging to my mental wellbeing. The environment in my team was consistently toxic, driven by poor leadership and a lack of empathy or support. Concerns about workload, stress, or wellbeing were not addressed in a meaningful way and instead added more pressure. Despite strong external branding around values and wellbeing, the reality did not match. Leadership behaviour was tolerated, and employee mental health was treated as secondary to delivery. I would strongly caution anyone considering this organisation to thoroughly assess team culture before joining.
