Pros
Company has a loose attendance policy, multiple people with over 30 absences a year and not even a write up. DEI compliant, regularly hires felons. Yearly raises.
Cons
No training, there is very limited room for growth. You work 9am to 6pm no way to schedule around it without using your PTO. There is alot of gossip and internal theft.
