Casual Environment Free Lunch Friday Flexible schedule for some

-Below average pay -Management style is to not manage -Asks for input then "lets you go" if that input is not positive -little room for advancement outside the customer service department -Expects employees to follow procedures to a "T" but management is not expected to do the same -Constant restructuring -Advancement has less to do with skills and loyalty and more to do with how much you are liked

Pros

The interview process at Authenticom was thorough, thoughtful, and engaging. I spoke with the Creative Director, CRO, and President, and each conversation felt purposeful and professional. The questions went beyond the surface—they challenged me to think critically and demonstrate my expertise. At the same time, it was very much a two-way dialogue. The conversation was easy flowing, and the responses I received were open, honest, and insightful. I walked away not only feeling well understood but also knowing I had found the right team to join.

Cons

There were no cons in my interview process.
