Pros
Friendly coworkers, healthy work-environment, not to mention a pretty flexible work schedule when it's absolutely needed. A company that knows where it came from and where it's going.
Cons
None to mention one way or the other. This was a really great experience right after graduation and I'm glad I had the chance to work there.
