Pros

One of the many pros of working at ABS is how determined management is to help their clients and their families. In the 18 months I worked their, their was never a time management was not working their butts off to improve the lives of their clients. Another large pro of ABS is the relative freedom you get while working. Yes you had supervised hours but that time was never used to micro manage or embarrass anyone. So long as you were open to instructions or could provide a legit reason for doing certain things you were always heard. A third pro of ABS is the personal support you receive outside of work. While you are their to do a job, management (especially the clinical director) are extremely caring and kind outside of work. On more than one occasion I was surprised by their kindness. The only thing they ask is that you do not take advantage of that kindness. Working in this field can be very difficult but working at ABS made it one the most rewarding and enjoyable jobs I've ever had.

Cons

The closes thing I could think of as a con is that because this is a fast growing company so their are some growing pains, but as long as they are brought up management is very willing to listen.

A lot of false promises during the interview.

Cons

Unprofessional center that only cares for the money and not for the kids.
