Co-workers work very hard and have interest of children as top priority.
Cons
Over worked and under paid. Expectations of Behavior Therapist and Lead Worker duties un realistic. Because of work load, employees must work extra unpaid time to complete expected duties . Employee turnover high due to cons listed above which in turn burns out other emplyees and takes away from companies promise of individual treatment to clients.
