-AST has failed to meet BACB RBT Ethics. AST Failed to meet Code Element 3.04 which states "RBTs may not practice with new client populations without proper training and oversight." Special cases were given during employment that exceeded RBT responsibilities without any special case training. Supervisor was contacted in regard to the concern and responded with "To be able to grow within the field you need to be open to special caseloads."
- Promised hours never given per offer letter.
-No supervision for morning clients.
-Get scolded when reaching out for training and/or support request.
-Two week training included trainers who would not allow for questions or clarification. Trainers tell you that you are not listening if you ask questions that have been already answered despite it being clarification of understanding correctly.
-Client cancellations (As expected in any company)
