The most supportive staff and supervisors I've interacted with in the 6 years I've worked in the ABA field.
Cons
Hourly pay for leadership positions is lower than some local competitors entry-level positions. I get paid less in a leadership position than I did in an entry level position with a competing company I previously worked for. I chose AST for their compassionate and ethical clinical approach and supportive culture over my previous company that paid me more in a punishing environment . Personally I chose ethics over pay.
