Nice work environment, good work life balance

No bonus, management need to improve little bit

Great IT team, employee appreciation luncheons, average medical benefits plan, average PTO, company outings. Amazing warehouse personnel and management!

Many of the perks that were initially offered, such as working from home, flexible schedules, and work-life balance, were no longer available. Witnessed multiple unprofessional interactions between upper management and employees that were highly concerning. These negative interactions were usually with female employees and seemed to be done in a way to intimidate and humiliate said employees in front of others. Continuous inconsistency in the way different levels of management communicated with employees. Management would share employee performance issues with others but would not provide coaching with that employee directly. Others often knew when their colleagues were being “watched” or reevaluated for positions.
