Pros
The people and culture at AAIA are great. It's a very fun and laid-back environment, and the company provides great benefits, better than any company I've ever been with.
Cons
Pay for non-senior or management level employees is on the low side, however, do keep in mind it is for a trade association. Also, there isn't any career tracking available for those that are not senior staff so it makes it difficult to sustain a long term career there for those that aren't in management.
