Salary plus benefits very competitive. You "own" your sales territory. No competing with fellow team members for the same customer base.
Cons
Business model of simply in-person cold calling to generate leads should graduate to a more internet lead generation. Under pressure some in upper management behave unprofessionally. Some territories are better than others. Take care that your territory contains a large, metropolitan area such as Seattle/Portland/Los Angeles. Representatives outside those territories struggle.
