A decent wage is possible but most don’t make anywhere near what they promise.

Cons

Incompetent managers who use favoritism like it’s going out of style. Thin-skinned and reward yes-men. God help you if you are competent and push back on their stupidity.

Pros

* Great Co-workers * Parent company is a large corporation so that provides a better set of benefits and job security. * Amazing commission structure * Joe Z is by far the best and most talented manager I've ever had. You can learn a ton of him and always feel supported. * Management truly wants to see you succeed, they will help in any way feasible in order to help you close deals and see success. * Minimal, if any, micromanagement.

Cons

* Dealers can be a bit crass and tough to get a hold of. Don't expect things to always be easy. * Automotive vertical and market conditions can at times be volatile. All verticals can at the end of the day, automotive is just slightly above average in this regard.

Pros

From the HR team that clearly communicated with me during issues when there was a delay in my start date. They Kept me in the loop and literally showed me that they cared. Then to my Regional Sales Manager Joe Z. Joe was literally the best boss I’ve ever had. I immediately knew that this guy had my back. Not just me but the entire team and even the other team. He’s that kind of guy. Joe trained me and went out of his way to help me achieve success so I was motivated to do it in my own. I was out for quite a while with a major medical issue and they welcomed me back with open arms. This company values hard work and loyalty. If you’re doing the job they want to support you in that. The entire management staff was great. Super supportive and actually helped us succeed. We were never left to fend for ourselves. If you have an issue all you have to do is communicate. I have never experienced an environment like this. The only reason I left was because I was offered my dream job as a music therapist. If I ever need a good paying job again with good benefits that respects its employees, I would return in a heartbeat.

Cons

It’s a mentally exhausting job at times. It’s sales. It can be stressful when you’re needing to sell. Even so if you follow the training given you’ll see success. It’s all about process. There are times when long time employees think they have a better way but even then it comes back to training and following the process. Our health insurance was changed to United healthcare this year and it really messed up everybody. We had Aetna the year before and I had no issues. But I ended up dropping out of our company supplied healthcare simply because my doctor of 30 years did not take our insurance. Ended up buying it o. Market place. This was no fault of management. This was a corporate decision. And honestly, it was just something that affected me personally, but also affected others negatively in our office who had specialized doctors that they wanted to keep saying.
