Pros
You receive extensive training, and are given tons of resources to help you find information you need to do your job well. The team mentality is helpful because you can ask any of your peers for assistance as needed. There is direction, but not micromanagement. The benefits are great.
Cons
You're more likely to advance if you are active in insurance studies (not necessarily a bad thing, just additional work) and if you are willing to potentially relocate rather than waiting for a higher position in your branch to open up. Some of the tech is a little behind but they are working on updates.
