      Pros

      Management/ Leadership team have worked their way up, and it shows Call centre has a great atmosphere, involved in events throughout the year Very supportive if you have issues or just need support, they genuinely care

      Cons

      Pay is very poor against the market No scope for development once you hit a certain level Flexible hours including weekends Yearly appraisal system utterly pointless (because of the next point) Owned by Markerstudy
