Pros
I worked as a Sales Consultant for A&G for nearly 8 years. Great company, lots of employee benefits and perks, fun work environment, good pay and commission structure, plenty of opportunity to make good money, awesome co-workers- I made quite a few friends that I will have for life!!
Cons
Not much room for career advancement and as a good salesperson there's not really financial incentive as the top sales people are earning more than the managers (they work bloody hard for it though!) There's definitely a lot of favoritism for top sales people, management bends a lot to keep them happy and other staff become bitter rather than driven
