Pros

- Met allot of great people, very helpful, very kind and enjoyable - There is work life balance - OT pay is very good - Pantry is well stocked with delicious snacks and drinks for all - They gave additional 30min of lunch time once a month - great allowances for 8PM shifts and Sat shifts

Cons

- Super micromanage to the point they count how many time you go toilet/take a break. - Pathetic commissions - Pathetic Bonuses - Management does not care or listen to staff worries, when we voice out we are given political answers that are like in a loop and refuse to compromise to an agreement - They remove medical outpatient coverage and replace with $50 a month, if you decide to join make sure u have your own Medisave or have your own outpatient insurance cause if u fall down or get hit n run, if you are not hospitalise the company only giving you $50 to cover medical bill *goodluck*

Pros

Lots to learn about the business/corporate world.

Cons

Disconnected mindsets and leadership teams are not in sync with one another. Each leader has their interpretation or definition of a business goal and how to achieve it.

Pros

- Startup culture, good working environment, -Work-life-balance - Customer focus

Cons

- Salary is below market range. No AWS. - Management style is still of a typical MNC style, ultimately money talks, and if it involves money, it has a target, and then propagates to the working level. - CEO and Top management practices cronyism. Bias and protect people they know, people they deemed loyal, and not meritocracy based. You can perform badly, but still get promoted and rewarded if you are within the management circle group. - Empty talks about big ideas, courage and disruption to the insurance industry. When it comes to execution, the management are all within their comfort zones. Sales target is top priority. - Not much opportunity to learn or grow, or to try new things. As it is all about operations. - Not willing to hire more man power for the back-office job, over-stretching employees during project times.

Firstly, thank you for your feedback. Thank you for the positive comments and I will try to address some of the less positive comment points. 1. Cronyism/bias/favouritism – a very serious charge. Not correct. There is a comprehensive & merit based promotion process in place. Some people promoted worked with me before but many promoted never worked with me before. It is entirely merit based. 2. Toxic managers – Sorry to hear that is your experience. This will never be tolerated. Our internal anonymous feedback channel would have been a great way to inform me when you were here. Rest assured any manager not living our values is spoken to and actions taken. 3. Focus on sales – probably a fair comment. My focus has been dominated by sales. But for a start-up early days, sales has to be a CEO’s focus. No sales, no business. However now we are growing well I am working to rebalance this. 4. Support for back office – Such a pity this is your view. The growth is not possible without the whole team. I see you worked in IT. A few months back we had a complete freeze on lT work to review all processes, responsibilities and resource gaps. New processes and extra resources now in place. Maybe you were not with us then. I am disappointed that you did not have a fully positive experience with us. I wish you well in your new role. Simon CEO
