- Salary is below market range. No AWS. - Management style is still of a typical MNC style, ultimately money talks, and if it involves money, it has a target, and then propagates to the working level. - CEO and Top management practices cronyism. Bias and protect people they know, people they deemed loyal, and not meritocracy based. You can perform badly, but still get promoted and rewarded if you are within the management circle group. - Empty talks about big ideas, courage and disruption to the insurance industry. When it comes to execution, the management are all within their comfort zones. Sales target is top priority. - Not much opportunity to learn or grow, or to try new things. As it is all about operations. - Not willing to hire more man power for the back-office job, over-stretching employees during project times.

Colleagues are great. They hire really good people, with good mindsets.

Low basic salary, with empty talks. No empowerment on employees and expectations are too high, all money talks but do not recognize and reward employees. Non-appreciative environment on hard work, where supervisor roles can come in anytime at work and lower employees have fixed working hours.. have anonymous feedback form since the start of my career here when they just started, but no changes and actions done. HR is basically just an empty vessel that does processing, feedbacks are not taken seriously. Supervisors are basically also empty vessels that does the most talking on operational, and employees are the ones slaving. Hiring process not transparent, not as expected when you join the role. High turn over rate due to lack of trust in employees and empowerments and micromanaged environment. Pay raise of 50$ per year. Basically, it is like an army camp here, adherence is the only way out, you can never have your own thoughts and flexibility to do anything here. Will not recommend anyone to come here.
