      The 4 day per week work schedule

      Cons

      The training is terrible. They make promises to promote, but will only promote those who suck up. They constantly make treats to fire you and they will fire you for no reason, without warning. They are under staffed, because of unnecessary firing. They are a new company with a lot to learn. If you are African American please stay away, they do not want you there!

      Pros

      4 day/10 hour work week, Free lunch on Saturdays, Off on Sundays, Simple Company processes, Benefits are decent that include Dental, PTO and Long term disability, Management is approachable and positive, 1 hour lunch each day, If you work hard, they will notice it. Its not commissioned like most dealership which has very high turn over ratios.

      Cons

      Pay is ok but can be better. I guess if business takes off, hopefully there will be pay increases. It would be nice to have IRAs, 401ks as well as short term disability insurance.
