Pros

If you are interested in sales, I couldn’t speak more highly of Jamie and Will. We had many talks about the company’s potential, but unfortunately they are handicapped by the crackpot team they have to rely on back at the office.

Cons

Spearheaded by the CEO, and his conveniently hired older sister overseeing HR, it has always been, you either agree with the family or you no longer work there. No training. No oversight. No accountability. Managerial incompetency has now caused the company to stagnate. If I had a nickel for every time I heard, “No” or “That’s their fault. It’s not our problem” or “It’s on the roadmap”….. Nothing gets done, most of the new releases in software or hardware, are delayed and/or unable to meet expectations. For me, ‘You have to wear multiple hats’ was their guise for working unpaid overtime and picking up the pieces after another failed half-baked idea. The workplace culture will suck the life out of you. You’re surrounded by people who are genuinely unhappy and feel trapped at their job with no opportunity for advancement. Without major overhauls, there is very little professional value here, if any at all. ——————————————————— Previous Roles: -Professional Services (Jan 2020 - July 2024) -Led the company’s distributor training program (Jan 2022 - July 2024) ***Backed into a department transfer*** -QA Analyst (July 2024 - August 2024) -Magically, I became unqualified and asked to resign (September 2024)
