Quick easy money. It's the luck of the draw when getting appointments. There isn't much Pros to this job.
I have nothing good to say about working here.
Cons
No cubicles and space is constricted, if you're claustrophobic do not apply here.
There are good days and there are bad days. Management will fire you if your appointments don't show up. (as if you can control what the client does). They tell you to make your dials and you'll be ok, but that's a lie. They tell you that you have a 2 month probation period, but I just witnessed 2 people that have been working for less than 3 weeks be terminated for not having enough people show up to the appointments.
Like, I said before..it's the luck of the draw. At least I'm safe for now and still work for this no good company. It's a quick to get hired so it gets the job done until I find something a little better.
