Pros

Quick easy money. It's the luck of the draw when getting appointments. There isn't much Pros to this job. I have nothing good to say about working here.

Cons

No cubicles and space is constricted, if you're claustrophobic do not apply here. There are good days and there are bad days. Management will fire you if your appointments don't show up. (as if you can control what the client does). They tell you to make your dials and you'll be ok, but that's a lie. They tell you that you have a 2 month probation period, but I just witnessed 2 people that have been working for less than 3 weeks be terminated for not having enough people show up to the appointments. Like, I said before..it's the luck of the draw. At least I'm safe for now and still work for this no good company. It's a quick to get hired so it gets the job done until I find something a little better.

I'm sorry you're not having a positive experience at AutoHero. We'll admit to growing faster then we anticipated. We've simply out grown our space sooner then we thought. That's part of the start up environment. We don't get everything right but my door is always open for a conversation. I can't comment on individual performance of our employees. We're now open a year and we have plenty of new policies and procedures that a maturing company needs. It's a growing process and we know it. We hope you'll help us work through our challenges.

Pros

Hyper-growth car-tech company with the best people you could work with. Everyone is so friendly and laid back. The attire is casual and the office layout is open (no cubicles). I've been here for 6 months so a lot has changed and is changing (it's a start-up -- what do you expect?). The sales team culture is goofy yet has a friendly-competitive vibe. The Call Center is set up with teams & team leads and they have potlucks often. The Director of Sales brings his most adorable dog to work everyday. The managers do not work in offices so they are approachable and do not micro-manage. Love working here so far!

Cons

Start-up environment (space isn't the best) but the original managers who leased this space didn't know how rapid our growth would be a year ago! Parking is on the street as long as you don't mind walking a little.
