We appreciate your positive feedback on specific managers and teams.
We are currently reviewing our diversity, equality and inclusivity policy and processes, as well as our flexible working and hybrid working policies. We are updating our bullying and harassment policies. We are embarking on training all managers on our updated polices and processes. We are aligning these to our values, too. We take all grievances and reporting of bullying very seriously. We regret that you didn’t report your experience of being bullied. We would have done our utmost to assist you.
We are cultivating a leadership development programme to measure how we live and demonstrate the values. We have implemented the Extra Mile Award to build a culture around our values. Our CEO is hosting a number of sessions to meet with people at all levels within the company to build spaces for open discussions and feedback. We have implemented a number of suggestions that have come from colleagues via our suggestion box.
We benchmark all our roles according to the Willis Towers Watson matrix and review salaries annually – these are linked to the performance scores agreed to by both manager and colleague in our regular one to one meetings. These are in turn, moderated by the Revenue Committee as well as the management team.
We support a number of colleagues who are ill, and we have engaged with a new firm of Occupational Health Specialists to assist us to manage this in a fair and compassionate manner.
