Pros

Fresh fruit every week and occasionally luncheons

Cons

Employees who are in management positions, who shouldn't be. Lack of consistency with the job description. Purposely sets certain employees up for failure. Not open to move employees up within the company, even if you have the experience. Doesn't look into issues properly between employees or managers (doesn't do the research). Computer programs don't save the work you do, even if you let managers know over and over, they still blame you and not the software. It's an unfair company that comes off like they are the best.

Pros

-At the time, AutoQuotes had a top-notch benefits program and an excellent yearly bonus. -Fresh fruit and coffee are always available in the breakroom. -Nice cubicles. -Most of the people working for AutoQuotes are great and want the company to succeed.

Cons

-The leadership team are strangers to the company and don't share the same passion that more tenured employees have for the AutoQuotes' legacy. -No growth opportunities for most employees. -Working from home and flexible schedules are frowned upon and forbidden unless you work in one of the departments that still contains a boss that cares (Development, Content, and Product Management). -The current leadership team is making the same mistakes that past leaders made in regards to decision-making. -Leaders are more concerned about making sure they look good to the private equity firm then helping you succeed. -Though the company received a significant investment and likely has a ton of cash on hand, some AutoQuotes leaders pinch pennies to the detriment of the organization's success. -Since the founder of AutoQuotes retired (over three years ago), the company has lacked a great leader who can steer the ship toward future growth and prosperity. AutoQuotes is currently a shell of its innovative past.
