Pros
I've had many jobs at many different levels at companies both large and small. Until AutoRevo I had never experienced a company that actually cared about its employees. The management really tries to accommodate any situational or family needs for employees. The atmosphere in the office is that of a team or family, working together with a real purpose. Company provided snacks and drinks are just the start. They had some bumps in 2014 but the owner of the company really pulled everyone together, and you'd be hard pressed to find a more caring individual in this world. You're not just another employee number and payroll to these people. There's company paid training if you want to better yourself, there's always someone to ask if you need help, and there's always someone to talk to if you're having problems.
Cons
It's been a roller coaster over the years, mostly due to circumstances and situations that couldn't be avoided, but with the ownership and management change, bringing in new blood, the company is definitely on an up swing. They require you to actually do work. I know, right? Work! It's almost a four letter word these days. Sometimes they run out of monster energy drinks in the break room fridge that the company pays to stock.
