I would like to say the pros are being on your own, but the supervisor I had would stalk me and question me like a child. No pros here.
Cons
Strange supervising. High pressure for field reps to make sales (sales consist of finding cars, walking the lot in search of cars that may or may not be found) Email and phone calls all day long. Extreme mico managing.
