The office was dynamic There were always projects going on and you could invest yourself in to the company Overtime was often available
Cons
Some managers were useless, in some departments it felt that the company promoted poor work ethic, poor results and failure Senior members of staff not doing much and getting paid a lot of money for it Entry and mid management salaries were below entry salaries at other businesses
