      Short form pros: Remote culture, diverse teams, supportive leadership, growing start up, transparency between departments, opportunities for growth, wellness initiatives, growth mindset, honest feedback. It’s a positive culture and as the company grows they learn from past mistakes.

      Cons

      There are minimal cons, working remotely isn’t for everyone and working in a start up environment comes with it’s fair share of challenges but the team ensures people have the necessary support to succeed

      unprofitable business, ugly culture. Energy is down the drain.

      Cons

      Leadership lies every day to their employees. Contracts may be worded in favor of the company, allowing termination with minimal severance (e.g., one week’s pay). Company policies can change frequently, impacting job security. Limited transparency in leadership decisions affecting employees.
