Cons
Autoliv believes that each entry level employee is expendable and although they have company values, the people who are promoted tend to bully or make other people miserable to get ahead making sure that the people who get ahead create an unhealthy authoritarian based culture. In short, the company values never reach the production floor. They work people on their production floor 7 plus days straight but stagger the schedule so that they can avoid paying overtime. (7 on 2 off 8 on 4 off) If they are short-handed then expect to work months straight, vacation denied, though thats the only time overtime is paid. They give out jackets, t-shirts etc., but make you pay for it with a end of fiscal year "gift tax".
