      Pros

      Will hire anyone. You don’t have to work hard. Mediocre work is exceptional work at Autoliv. You won’t ever get fired for anything unless you are on drugs.

      Cons

      Will hire anyone. Does not care about experience or its longtime employees. Low wages. Ineffective management. No pension. No room for advancement.

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
