Pros

Great pay and management seems to care about their employees. Large break room with plenty of food as well as kitchen staff. Consistent hours, good benefits, and plenty of training. Overtime is time and a half.

Cons

On some cells, work is extremely repetitive and exhausting, requiring you to work extremely fast for the entirety of the shift. On the other hand, you could get a cell that doesn't have a huge quota and you end up standing there with nothing to do for a good while. Your body will hate you for weeks when you start. Overtime is mandatory and it depends on how far behind you are on demand. There are some cells that are so far behind that they have been working 7 days a week for months with no weekend. Trying to get on board with another shift is very difficult. For example, if you start on graves and you want to move to days, there is only a small chance they would allow it and you could end up waiting weeks to months in order to move over. If you are slow, you will hold up production, thereby increasing likelihood for overtime.

Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
