      alternating 3-4 day weekends, personally the best schedule I've ever worked. alright pay nice drive but long

      Cons

      can be moved around a lot extremely hot uncomfortable and hot work attire/PPE PTO-personal/vacation time system is a joke. holiday pay is worse

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
