      Pros

      One of the best companies to work for wrt to work opportunities and WLB. The managers and the senior mgmt team is very friendly and helpful HR team is very responsive.

      1. Lack of growth for IT related folks. 2. Salary and other benefits needs to match with the industry standard specially for IT related roles

      Great people who care, good salaries.

      Cons

      Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
