Terrible place to work - Production Operator Autoliv Employee Review

There are just way too many to list. This company is not run well and will fight you on any policy if it's not exactly the way they want it. Almost everybody I know that works here. Does not like it and wishes they worked somewhere else. I would recommend going to find a job with a lot of the surrounding competitors. I would steer clear of this place. The slogan here is if you're not safe you can't work here. The real slogan here should be safety for everyone else but not the employees. So many things are jerry-rigged and not actually fixed. It's all about production and nothing about safety.
