Great product but poor senior leadership and culture - Director Autolus Therapeutics Employee Review

Senior leadership is poor. CEO and Board change their minds relentlessly and not close enough to the operations to understand the impacts. Even through job losses and restructure the expectations on key subject matter experts is ridiculous. Poor planning has led to high pressure to get to profitability that should have been known about years ago. Sadly the cultural aspects were the usual 'check list' of values but never followed through. Has got considerably worse since job cuts were announced.
