Pros
Hours are good at 37 and 1/2 hours a week for hourly people but you get paid for 37 and 1/2. They're understanding when you got family issues going on. I hear they started a pretty good personal time accrual now, but it used to be bad.
Cons
I was with ABS for about 7 years and they almost never give reviews on time and when they do you don't get to comment on what's written down or defend yourself. Pay raises only come around about every 3 years despite promise after promise. Management tends to rule with an iron thumb. While I was there about half the time I felt nervous that I was always being watched & would get in trouble. Management has a lot of family and friends working there so people tattle and management assumes what they say is true & you can't defend yourself. You maybe make a mistake that you didn't even realize was a mistake, but management talks about it behind your back for days and then pulls you in a room and humiliates you over it. They basically tell you to shut up when you try to explain what happened. I'm not the only one whose experienced this.
