Power Struggle - Anonymous employee Automated Health Systems Employee Review

Did not know who to trust with information. There was a definite power struggle in the company and using third party vendors as personal contracts did not work. Tried to control things that were not theirs to control or should have no access to. The stress from the lack of communication from department to department was terrible enough but they talked behind your back as soon as you left the room.
