Pros

Open & friendly environment. Very down to earth people, most with a good sense of humor who are high on capability and low on ego. A lot of understanding for demands of personal life & family. People here work hard and push towards deadlines but there's no competitive culture of staying late at the office for the sake of staying late like so many tech startups. Absolutely no "Bro" culture. Open vacation policy. Get to work on an exciting product that is blazing trails and leading the pack. A lot of care & compassion for customers. The company believes in doing right by customers. There's an environment for open & ongoing conversations about culture, diversity & gender equality. A lot of women here for a tech company and they command and are given respect. Lots of perks like free lunch twice a week, free dinner every week night for those who need it, chair massage, yoga, free parking, etc. Very generous health benefits. Lots of company wide social events and fun. The CEO tries to be very transparent and open about finances and always updates the company on funding news. Well behaved dogs in the office.

Cons

Need more women in executive positions / leadership. Focus & priorities have shifted several times over the last year, causing a lot of anxiety & some frustration. This seems to have settled down now and it feels like everyone is aligned and clear on larger goals.

Pros

Flexibility, if you make it in the right group you can work as you please or not work at all. The majority are not held accountable for doing actual work, instead they post news articles all day, joke and banter with other non-workers. However, if you are not in the "click" you will be picking up the slack for that select majority. The culture here is more like a popularity contest. You'll do well here even if you have no experience, no work ethic, and if you do not use common sense, as the decision makers of this group does not appreciate professionals and thinkers, only "yes men" to cater their inflated egos. After working here, I've coined the term "slack it til you make it" similar to faking it until you make it. If you wind up here, you'll get my drift. This company is more like a high school or fraternity and that may work for some, but if you have real work experience you'll know this mentality is not flying in the real work force. This is definitely a job you take if you are in between jobs or if you are out of work.

Cons

Read the review from 2014 the Software Engineer who left the review was dead on point about this company, I found everything they said in the past to be true today. That would explain the high attrition rate they suffer.
