      APG as an organization does well to uphold its guiding "ETHIC" principle. It is a comfortable environment where management and other team members are happy to assist with requests. Mistakes are assessed/fixed appropriately and there are plenty of resources to excel.

      Cons

      It seems like there is slight friction between departments and APG may not be as flexible with its customers as it once was.
