Pros
Shop guys are great. Work hard play hard environment. Varied work and much better than a "normal" dealer If you're a good worker they leave you be and you can self delegate tasks
Cons
upper management was terrible. Company has since been sold so could be different Not much room to grow, was a great in-between job
