1)White lies being told: Instead of telling exactly all details, they lie starting from upper management to get their short term tasks done and hence short sighted: 2) Short Sighted Management: They manipulate their employees to get short term goals rather than earning employee loyalty 3) No appreciation at all, I set up and streamlined a customer facing workflow still, bonus aside, they didn't even mention my name in it. 4) No clear goals and stakeholders seem to have short term memory loss, In one sprint one goal is worked on and in next sprint they don't remember telling that goal. 5) repeated cycles of unplanned releases and everyone is a PO but no one is a PO. 6)Normal corporate culture benefits are considered an utmost favor to employees 7) Medical insurance is just for name 8) Employees are being blackmailed 9)No benefits 10)"Yes Sir" culture.
