- no pressure - the "deadline" term does not exist here
- interesting projects overall
Cons
- people - most software developers are impossible to work with: introverts, not accepting criticism, often mean and even hostile
- absolute lack of documentation
- no clear requirements
- people not willing to share their knowledge with new employees
- huge technical debt
- project management is really really bad
