There is no any advantage on this company

No projects. Every clients are moving out. High job risk. No salary increments for last three years. - can prove it if any one wan to now more details. On this point. No technology update and even they doesn’t want to update technology vise. Very poor HR team- even doesn’t know how o treat their employees. I have been there some time as startup - they have lost all the big accounts due to the poor management and HR - no salary increment. No suport to career growth. No leave leaves even if you attend to work on holidays. Have to pay when you have to move out ( resign) less than to 3months. No service letters ready on time to collect have to call and viste many time to office once you resigned. Some times no updates on EPF/ ETF No salary slips to you each and every moths. Have to reminder to get the salary slip then they give it as bundle. Too much of politics. No salary increments, no transport if you have to worked on night..
