Pros
1. Flexible working hours in the covid- 19 period (thats also if theres few work). 2. Beginners can learn some new technologies, as they use the newest ones on the trend.
Cons
1 .Management doesnt think about the people who actually work, you can work only with your talk (If thats one of your strengths). 2. They dont let you have a personal life, have to work on weekends as well, and thats not an option(because you cant choose it). 3. Continuing from (2), sometimes lieu leaves wont be granted even though you work hard on weekends. 4. No salary increments whatsoever, they will say after probation you will get an increment but staying in this company for 2years almost now, not a single promotion or increment was given.
