* No salary assurance. You'll not receive it on time. Salary will not be credited for a long time like months. They entirely depends upon US customers for payment and will make you to work for several months telling that payment is on its way, it reached to the bank account, it will be credited soon. Same story every week. But nothing will happen.
* Very worst HRD. They'll never respond to any query in an immediate manner. You've to literally beg them to respond for your queries. You'll be getting the response after 15 days min from the date you queried for something. Company is going to lose all its employees due to salary issues and worst HRD.
* Project managers will never understand the situation of an employee who's working for months without salary and yet they need to complete all their works and task in time. Actually they don't care!
