      Pros

      Fantastic lab equipment, supportive line management when it was built from a start up

      Cons

      New management take over managed extremely badly. Many people pushed out so they could reduce numbers without offering redundancy, key people not retained. Unfortunately the Affimer platform is no longer supported.
