      Forward thinking, way ahead of its time. Building and delivering exceptional student experiences. Overall a can do attitude. Celebrating success consistently.

      Like all companies in a forward thinking environment sometimes we could go after too much, but we learnt from it and streamlined the volume of projects eventually, so. It really a con.

      Positive environment, great team building events, constant feedback from management to grow, relaxed vibe, fast paced

      Cons

      A bit unorganized at times but that is the start up culture

If you feel that you need a more structured / organised environment, please speak to Niall or Marissa who will definitely be able to help you. I know the US team is close-knit but we can always improve the way we communicate within teams... If you have suggestions, please share them!
