Pros
There are a few decent people who work here, but that's about it.
Cons
Where do I even start? First off, the owner is completely disorganized and out of touch. There’s zero direction from management, and the expectations constantly shift with no clear communication. You’re left in the dark about pretty much everything.
The workload is overwhelming, and you’re expected to juggle multiple clients at once with no support. Burnout is inevitable. Don’t even think about trying to take time off - there’s no flexibility, and you’re made to feel guilty for needing a break. The culture is also extremely toxic, with a lot of micromanagement and very little room for creativity or initiative. They claim to promote a "team-oriented" environment, but it’s every person for themselves. The owner of this agency is extremely arrogant, self centered and pathetic.
The pay is not competitive at all for the amount of work you’re expected to do, and there’s zero room for advancement. I’ve seen people work here for years and still stuck in the same position with no raises, no promotions, and no recognition. If you're looking to build your career or grow professionally, look elsewhere.
I would strongly recommend not joining this company. The lack of support, leadership, and career growth makes it an extremely frustrating place to work. The attrition rate is also very high
