1. Fintech start up...Have potential to become one of the leading organizations in this business if top management stays patient

Cons

1. No employee friendly policies. 2. They will make you work on weekends. 24 hours is not enough in a day. 3. Panic leadership. 4. No vision. No planning. 5. Lot of mistakes in payroll. Payslips are not provided on time. 6. You'll forget your personal life. 7. Tremendous work pressure. 8. They want robot not human beings. 9. Freckle minded leadership. 10. Leadership wanted employees to go to office and work even if they have covid positive cases in work place.
