Pros

Encouraging staff and management has made a direct impact on my time at availty! Kind customers outweigh any poor experiences!

Cons

As a member of the first ever class of remote Client Service Representatives, I have seen some aspects where they have dropped the ball on complete training. While newer groups have been fully trained, my group has only been trained on the basics.

We hear your comments on training and are continually working to improve the training processes for new client service associates. Sometimes, anticipated call volumes can impact our training schedules too. I'm sure you understand.

Pros

Great culture and people. As long as you’re doing your job and producing, I have not run into any micromanaging etc. work life balance is awesome

Cons

Silo’s are common but getting better each day. That can happen with remote companies. Lots of new products and changes with new leadership etc so need to adapt
